Notarial deeds

Notarial acts are limited to certifying facts that the notary perceives through their senses, although they can also certify other facts that are not directly perceived through the senses but that the notary considers to be proven based on relevant evidence, as in the case of notoriety acts. However, in any case, acts cannot include contracts, which are the subject of deeds and policies, in which notarial intervention is much more extensive.

Real estate purchases and sales

The purchase of a home is the most important investment that most citizens will make, which is why we advise anyone who is thinking of buying a house to consult with a notary before taking any steps. The notary will provide advice on all the necessary steps to acquire a home with the utmost guarantees.

Termination of Co-Ownership

Partition of co-ownership is a solution when a marriage is going to divorce or siblings want to divide the property and end the co-ownership. It consists of one of the parties transferring the ownership of the property to another and can occur with or without a mortgage.

Inheritances

In legal doctrine, inheritance is the legal act by which a person who dies transmits their assets, rights, and obligations to one or more persons, collectively called heirs.

Mortgages

Most people who decide to buy a house need to apply for a mortgage loan from a financial institution in order to pay for it. Therefore, the first thing one must do is to thoroughly research the existing offers and the obligations that will be undertaken.

Construction works

The deed of declaration of new construction is one in which the owner of the property states that they have carried out a construction owned by the declarant, whether finished or under construction, and that it complies with reality and legality.
